Mortgage origination and servicing has never been easy. The complexity of new rules and regulations as well as the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau as a “data driven” organization committed to coordinating their efforts with other government agencies is forcing the mortgage industry to revamp and overhaul their operations to survive in the newly regulated environment.
Our idea was born from the lack of quality tools available to help the mortgage industry respond to compliance and regulatory pressures. If those same tools could also expand knowledge within a company on their own operations, as well as benchmark against its peers – well, that would make it even better.
It is. It is much better.
